Introduction

Group Module

  • for use  by the EE/Transformation Manager at Head Office or Group level
  • has all the features Equity Pro has to offer, including the creation of Sub-Pools, the setting and management of EE Goals, and the facilitation of workforce planning and talent preparation in respect of positions that are anticipated to become vacant (subject to Divisional and Branch Modules’ rights to do so)
  • has the further functionality of tracking and reconciling data, and progress made, by the users of Divisional Modules

Overview Module

  • aimed at the EE/Transformation Manager of Groups that give their subsidiaries/divisions autonomy in the management of their EE, but wish to obtain an overview of the Group’s overall EE Goals and progress made in achieving them

Divisional Module

  • aimed at enabling the organisation to manage and track its EE Numerical Goals at SubsidiaryDivisional/Business Unit/Regional Office level
  • inherits whatever “Sub-Pools” or talent streams have been set up in the Group Module
  • facilitates workforce planning and talent preparation in the event of the Division being able to determine its expected growth/shrinkage or attrition rates, retirements and promotions (subject to Branches’ ability to do so where there are Branch Modules)
  • tracks and reconciles data, and progress made, by the users of Branch Modules where there are Branch Modules

Branch Module

  • aimed at enabling the organisation to manage and track its EE Numerical Goals below Divisional Module level (i.e. Divisions/Directorates/Branches/Business Units, etc.)
  • inherits whatever “Sub-Pools” or talent streams have been set up in the Group Module
  • facilitates workforce planning and talent preparation in the event of the Branch being able to determine its expected growth/shrinkage or attrition rates, retirements and promotions

Company Module

  • aimed for usage by the EE/Transformation Manager of organizations that requires only one Module

Company Module Plus

  • has all the features Equity Pro has to offer

Company Module Lite

  • for organisations that do not require either the Creation of Sub-Pools or Workforce Planning and Talent Preparation functionalities

Company Module Basic

  • for organisations that require neither the creation of Sub-Pools nor Workforce Planning and Talent Preparation functionalities
