The Department of Employment and Labour is seriously stepping up D-G Reviews and prosecutions to impose fines of up to 2% of turnover on Designated Employers who, inter alia, do not meet their annual EE Targets, and will soon be introducing extremely challenging Sector Targets. These will either have to be achieved, or their non-achievement justified, for Management Control points to be included in Designated Employers’ B-BBEE Scorecards, or for them to do business with Government.

Equity Pro is a cutting-edge software application that assists employers in setting achievable Employment Equity (EE) goals and managing their achievement.
Aligned with the requirements of the amended EE Act and Sector Targets regulations, Equity Pro handles complex calculations in the background. Its modular functionality is designed to give large, multi-structured organisations full ownership of their EE planning and management across all levels.

Training and Consulting
We have run customised, outcomes-based EE and EE-related workshops successfully for hundreds of clients. These workshops, as well as the templates we have developed, are refined continuously to ensure maximum benefit to our clients.
Our services include the conducting of comprehensive EE Audits, the development of policies and procedures and meaningful EE Plans, inclusive of Non-Numerical Goals and AA Measures. We assist our clients with DEL reporting and help non-compliant employers with D-G Reviews.

EE Committee (EEC) Training
We aim to empower the EEC to fulfil its role fully and effectively. Our training covers the consultative aspects mandated by the EE Act, the activities and authority of the EEC, its primary role and duties and provides guidance on EE best practices for planning, monitoring and implementation. The EEC’s Skills Development responsibilities are included if the EEC doubles up as the Training Committee.
We use a range of interactive training methods to ensure that participants engage with the content and gain practical skills that they can apply in the workplace.
