Free Assessment 1:  EE Plan Compliance

The Department of Employment and Labour (DEL) has appointed 20 000 new inspectors to conduct its EE inspections and D-G Reviews.

The assessment gives you the opportunity to pre-emptively obtain an objective assessment of your EE Plan’s compliance status, so that you can have the opportunity to take remedial steps if needed, and so negate the risk of being fined 2% of turnover.
