The Employment Equity Amendment Act 4 of 2022
The EE Amendment Act 4 of 2022 amends the EE Act of 1998 to provide for the Minister to identify sectoral numerical targets and provides criteria for the Minister to issue certificates.
The Employment Equity Amendment Act 16 January 2014
The EE Amendment Act aims to amend the EE Act of 1998 to, inter alia, further regulate the prohibition of unfair discrimination against employees and regulate the preparation and implementation of EE Plans and the submission of reports by designated employers.
The Employment Equity Act [No. 55 of 1998]
