Free EE Plan and new EE Compliance Assessment

EE Compliance is no longer the submission of an EEA2 and EEA4 Report.
The DEL has appointed 20 000 new inspectors to increase its monitoring capacity significantly . A non-compliance finding can result in withdrawal of your Compliance Certificate, the criminal prosecution of your CEO and a fine of 2% of turnover.
You are invited to participate in EES-SIYAKHA’s free online assessments of your EE Plan’s Compliance using the same documentation and information as that used by the DEL in D-G Reviews, as well as of your compliance ‘NOW’ with the ’new’ EE Compliance requirements.
The assessment results will either give your company comfort, or enable it to address any non-compliances identified during the assessment NOW, so as to minimise the above risks.
There are no costs involved in the assessment or report that is furnished to participants containing its outcomes. All information furnished or uploaded will be confidential and the provisions of the POPI Act will be abided by at all times. We are happy to sign any NDAs you might request us to complete and sign before your participation in the assessment.
